Method
1. In a large mixing bowl mix together the minced beef, Yorkshire blue cheese, Hot pepper sauce, Yorkshire relish, English mustard and season with salt and pepper. Working the ingredients well together. Cover the mixture with Clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. After chilling form into 6 same size burgers this can be done by hand.
3. Preheat grill or barbeque and cook for 4 minutes each side
4. Serve in a hot crusty roll and a touch of onion marmalade
