Ingredients
• 4 chicken fillets skinless
• 8oZ selection of wild mushroom
• 250ml white wine
• Whipping cream
• Mashed potatoes
• Chopped parsley to decorate
Method
Grill chicken fillets. In a pan, place a small knob of butter,
fry wild mushrooms. Place in wine and cook out for 5 minutes,
put in cream and cook until required thickness.
Arrange chicken fillet on to a bed of mash potato and spoon
over sauce, finish with chopped parsley.
