Method
Put pastry ingredients in a food processor and pulse, adding a splash of milk if the dough seems dry. Roll out and line a deep 20cm Quiche tin & chill until needed. Meanwhile slice the sausages, tomatoes and chop the bacon, fill the quiche tin and add the milk & egg mixture, top with cheese and season the quiche.
Place in a pre-heated oven 200c/ fan 180c/gas 6 and cook for 25-30 mins until golden on top. Leave to cool slightly and serve with mixed dressed salad and dressing.
