Who has them?
Everyone over the age of about 18 can have them; there is no upper age limit and very few medical reasons why you can’t have them. From single tooth replacement to a few teeth, to all your teeth or to stabilising a denture with mini or standard implants.
Are they expensive?
It depends. What value do you put on being able to eat properly all your life? Inevitably as we loose natural teeth, if they are not replaced the remaining teeth will move, they too will become casualties in time.
