Contemoprary Dining
 Have you heard about the great new Italian restaurant Jaf Jaf Ristorante that’s now open in the centre of Cleckheaton?
Word is already spreading fast about Jaf Jaf Ristorante, situated on the main Central Parade through the town. With convenient parking just across the road and a busy bustling atmosphere, Jaf Jaf is already proving a winner with local diners despite only opening a few months ago.
Walk into Jaf Jaf and, as you might expect, the stylish orange and black decor gives the restaurant a contemporary feel. Chatty waiters, a warm welcome and that essential noisy buzzing atmosphere of an Italian restaurant all make Jaf Jaf the place to eat out for couples, young families, party groups etc.
 Arriving early on a Friday evening we were surprised to see the restaurant filling up very quickly. With two rooms, and an upstairs function room to come shortly, by 7.30pm/8pm every seat was taken and a queue was forming at the door. Diners who are prepared to wait for a table is always a sign of a good Italian restaurant.
After ordering a bottle of House Red, we studied the stylish Jaf Jaf orange menus and were a little spoilt for choice with a great selection of starters, main courses, pastas, pizzas etc as well as a specials board which had some tempting fish dishes.

Being a mushroom fan I ordered the Funghi Ripieni con Granchi, baked fresh mushrooms served with crabmeat while my fellow diners opted for the Pate starter and the lobster/avocado choice, Aragosta e Avocado. Service was very prompt and we soon had three dishes of great looking, great tasting food to start our meal.
